July was quite a long month for me. After doing a daily beauty challenge I was left exhausted and at the same time overwhelmed by all the things that came by after: work, work and more work. Don´t get me wrong I´m happy about it but I haven´t been able to get my timetables just right... therefore I haven´t eaten well and rest enough... or at least what I was used to.
Julio fue un mes largo para mi. Después de estar escribiendo de forma diaria el reto de belleza que hice, quede exhausta y llena de mucho trabajo que llego después de esto. No me malinterpreten me encanta lo que hago ahora pero aun no me acostumbro a mis horarios, entonces no he logrado alimentarme bien o descansar lo suficiente... al menos a lo que estaba acostumbrada.
Still, I didn´t want to take more time and decided to write my fav tracks from July before August is over. As you may know if you have read my previous posts, this little section shows a little comment and a video of 3 of my fav tunes/artists.
Aun así no quería dejar pasar mas tiempo y que Agosto me ganara. Aquellos que han leído mi blog saben que cada mes hago un post con 3 canciones que me han rondado mi cabeza.

I´ve been obsessed with her newest song: "Chandelier". I listened to the song first along with the whole album. And later on, watched the video, at the beginning I thought it was a teenager who wasn´t wearing any clothes, so it came as a surprise to me to notice it was actually a girl with a unitard. Don´t know how but it caught me and loved the video. Using someone way younger as "a lost child" along seemed a really smart choice. Also the choreography is amazing combined with both adult and child movements I mean... I thought it was great besides clearly the amazing ability of the dancer.
Debo confesar que su última canción "Chandelier" me encanta en varios niveles. Primero escuche la canción... bueno todo el album y mas adelante vi el video, al principio pensé que era un chica como de 17 años y que estaba desnuda. Luego vi que era en realidad una niña y traía un leotardo color beige y me dije wow. No se el video me atrapó y creo que realmente lograron su cometido, transmiten a esa "niña perdida" tal como la canción lo muestra y la coreografía me parece acertada pues se ven movimientos muy adultos y a la vez infantiles. Aparte la bailarina claramente es muy talentosa.

A recent duo I came across, they´re from Finland. And they have a MySpace account! So what there´s not to like about them? They clearly have this 80´s influence with the synths and along with their voices makes wonders. I really like them the sound classic and new at the same time. So weird but so good. Can´t believe they don´t have more fans this album was released in 2010!
Un duo finlandés con el que recientemente me cruce. Incluso tienen una cuenta en MySpace así que es un plus. Claramente los 80´s es su influencia mas fuerte con el uso de sintetizadores que en conjunto con sus voces hacen maravillas. Realmente me gusta su sonido es muy clásico y al mismo tiempo muy nuevo. Muy raro y a la vez muy bueno. No puedo creer que no tengan mas fans ya que este album fue lanzado en el 2010.

Another thing I can´t believe is I haven´t posted about her already... how weird. I listen to her a lot. Well let´s break this and say how amazing is she! Amazing lyrics, amazing voice and amazing sounds. There. And a plus, she actually is very beautiful.
Otra cosa que no puedo creer es que no haya escrito sobre esta cantante en mis posts anteriores... que raro. Me encanta escuchar a Banks. Pero bueno, rompamos el hielo explicándoles que tan maravillosa es ella. Letras, voz y sonido genial. Ahí esta. Y un plus es que es muy bonita también.
